I know, I kind of just started it, it seems awful early to be putting it on pause XP BUT Below Zero (and the sequels if I ever got around to them), was always meant to be practice for me. To help me build confidence to take on my original projects, and well...I've kind of got a fire lit for one of these projects--I finally figured out how I'm going to make it work!!
I still don't have a lot of confidence in my art, but at the moment I don't care too much because this project is going to be largely writing-based, and I know it will take a long time to get the writing part done, so there's time for me to practice drawing. I could continue practicing drawing with Below Zero, but the most recent page, even though I cut it in half, has just been tedious to me because drawing Pokemon isn't going to help me over-much with this new project D:
So for now, my interest in continuing the comic is on hold. I will probably (maybe even hopefully) return to it when these waves of inspiration die down. Below Zero and the WAAL series, though I have nearly 20 word documents and dozens more art files dedicated to it, has never been my my true goal. It's been a safe place for me to try something new, and it's been a lot of fun to plot, play, write, and draw. But I want to try taking a step away from that, at least for awhile.
I don't know what I'll post to DA in the mean time. I'll still be around, and commenting when I feel I have something to say. I may even still draw the characters (especially their Frigid Emblem designs, because I love making those XD), and I'll post that maybe. But for now, my page is going to look a lot less active.
I've probably rambled on enough not XD I hope you all have a lovely week!

The Deep Unknown is Released!
Finally! After almost two years of development, my visual novel, The Deep Unknown, is done!
You can download it here!!
The relief and joy and fear is all so real, but it's mostly relief at this point XD I plan to take a break for the rest of the month before I set to serious work on the sequel.
If you've played the game and have a little extra time, I'd love to hear what you think!
Please write your general thoughts before answering the questions.

--What was your favorite moment from the game?
--Any advice or critique I should keep in mind for the sequel/other future games? (other than having
Just thinking thoughts--time for an update
I've finally been catching up on a bunch of the Nuzlockes I have in my watchlist. Man it makes me want to try one of those comics again.
I think part of my frustrations with Below Zero was that I let the story get too big, to the point that I knew it would take several parts to tell it all, but I felt like I would never be able to get there.
I have an idea for a Nuzlocke-based plot that's more focused that I could try. I even drafted up some rules and a few world-building notes. Nothing nearly so complicated than Below Zero was to make, but it's still out there a little more than most. I don't know if I'll go through with it, but I'm on
The Deep Unknown Visual Novel--Demo Release!
I did it! I even met my goal of finishing by the end of October! (just took a few extra days to make sure everything was as good as I could make it)
Here is the Link If you have time to try it out, I'd love to hear what you think, including any critique you might have.
Now to finish the script for Nanowrimo but first! Left-over Halloween candy to celebrate!
Eight Facts for Locket and Abigail
No, no one tagged me, but at least three people I'm watching have done this and left and open invitation at the end, so I'm just going to do it anyways. And really, who DOESN'T love to talk about their own characters XD
Rules schmools, I think it's safe to say this is pretty self-explanatory :P
100% spoiler free :D
8 Facts for Locket
1. Locket used to help one of her brothers with his rock collection, so she tends to pick up unusual or shiny stones out of habit and carry them around while she's thinking.
2. She’s not my first Charmander-line character. My earliest Pokemon OCs (and my mean EARLY early XD) were a trainer named G
